3.4 Account Closure by jin133. jin133 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where jin133 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, or the use of prohibited software. In the event of closure due to breach, jin133 may withhold the balance pending investigation.
All financial transactions on jin133 are denominated and processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jin133 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels:
4.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 25.000 for e-wallet channels. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier; current limits are displayed within your account dashboard.
4.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed. jin133 imposes no platform fee on withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours may be processed the following morning. jin133 does not guarantee processing times on third-party banking infrastructure and is not liable for delays caused by the User's bank or e-wallet provider.
4.4 Withdrawal to Original Method. Withdrawals must, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. jin133 reserves the right to request supporting documentation verifying ownership of the destination account before processing a withdrawal.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. jin133 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. Deposits may only be made from payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. The use of third-party payment sources is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. jin133 reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee of Rp 25.000 to dormant account balances after providing written notice by email to the registered address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.
jin133 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any bonus-specific terms communicated at the time of offer.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are not withdrawable as cash. Winnings derived from bonus funds that exceed the stated wagering requirement may be transferred to the real-money balance subject to the maximum bonus-win cap specified in the individual promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 8× the bonus amount, to be fulfilled within 14 calendar days of the bonus credit date. Unfulfilled bonus funds will be forfeited at the expiry of this period.
5.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement fulfilment. Sports betting (settled bets at odds of 1.50 or higher) typically contributes 100%. Slots contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Games with a contribution rate of 0% are clearly marked in the Promotions section.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. jin133 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk matched betting using bonus funds, arbitrage strategies, collusion between accounts, and patterns indicating that bonuses are being systematically exploited without genuine recreational intent. jin133 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is detected.
5.5 Promotional Changes. jin133 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, except where a promotion is already in progress for a specific User at the time the promotion was claimed.
By placing any wager on the jin133 platform, you accept the specific rules applicable to the relevant market, event, or game. The following general rules apply to all gaming activity.
6.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the governing sports body for the relevant event. In the event of a postponed or abandoned match, jin133 reserves the right to void the relevant selection or resettle the bet in accordance with published sportsbook rules. Asian Handicap bets use the applicable voor bola (handicap line) at the time of bet placement.
6.2 Mix Parlay Bets. For mix parlay (accumulator) wagers, the entire bet is lost if any single selection fails. Void selections within the accumulator reduce the number of legs accordingly, and the overall odds are recalculated. jin133 reserves the right to void an entire parlay where any one leg is materially affected by an error or anomalous condition.
6.3 Live Casino & Slots. All live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger) and electronic slot games are operated using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are independently tested for fairness. Reference Meron and Wala outcomes where relevant to specific live titles. A game's published Return to Player (RTP) percentage is provided for informational purposes only and represents a long-term theoretical figure, not a guarantee of any individual session outcome.
6.4 Togel Betting. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) wagers are settled against official draw results for the relevant market (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau). 6.5 Bet Settlement. Once a bet is settled, it is final and cannot be reversed unless there is a clear platform error. Any winnings that result from a manifest error in odds, line, or settlement are voided, and the affected stake is refunded or resettled, at jin133's discretion.

Any delay or failure in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to such third parties is outside jin133's reasonable control.
10.4 Force Majeure. jin133 shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government or regulatory authority, war, civil unrest, internet infrastructure outages, or failures of third-party data centres.
